How does sign-up work?

1) We assess the hurdles you are experiencing and make sure that you are in the right place.
2) We arrange payment via PayPal (preferred method), Western Union, MoneyGram, or Google Wallet.
3) After payment, I then send several pre-session questions to get to know you better and set a goal plan.
4) We set a schedule and get to work!!!



Session FAQ's

1) Are your individualized coaching services free. 
     
Unfortunately my services are not free. However, being a client may entitle you to other products/services that I offer at a discounted rate or for free! 

2) How long are sessions? 
     Sessions are normally 1-hour in length.

3) Are the sessions by phone or in person?
     
Sessions are typically by phone, 1-on-1, unrecorded, and fully confidential.

4) How often are the sessions?
     Sessions can be once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month. I all depends on the need and budget of my client.

5) How do I send payment? 
     If using PayPal, I invoice the client for agreed amount to his/her email address. From there, the invoice can be paid securely with a Debit Card or Checking Account of the clients choice instantly. 

6) How much are your services???
     Online registrants pay discounted rate of $75.00 per hour and packages are available. (Contact directly)

8) Are there refunds?
   
After payment has been made, if no phone coaching has began all parties are eligible for refunds, less 1 hour from the total hours of coaching time initially purchased.   Once phone coaching has begun there are no refunds.
